Wentworth Gold Guarantee – Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility

    • This guarantee applies to all customers who have purchased and had Wentworth bollards professionally installed by Wentworth Protection since October 3rd, 2025.

    • The guarantee covers the full amount paid for the job (bollards, installation, and VAT).

  2. Conditions of Claim
    To make a valid claim, you must:

    • Provide evidence that your Wentworth bollards were fully engaged and locked at the time of theft.

    • Provide a valid police crime reference number for the stolen vehicle.

    • Submit the claim to Wentworth Protection within 14 days of the theft being reported.

    • Supply any supporting material we reasonably request (e.g. photographs, CCTV, or witness statements).

  3. Exclusions
    This guarantee will not apply if:

    • The bollards were not engaged or were left in the “down” position.

    • The bollards were tampered with, damaged, or not properly maintained.

    • The theft occurred through means unrelated to the bollards (e.g. keys, fobs, or burglary of the home to obtain access).

    • The claim is fraudulent, false, or misleading.

  4. Refund

    • If your claim is approved, Wentworth Protection will refund you the full amount you paid for the job, including installation and VAT.

    • Refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval.

  5. General

    • Wentworth Protection reserves the right to investigate all claims fully.

    • This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
