Wentworth Protection reviews

prompt and friendly response to my enquiry. high-quality kit, expertly fitted within days of first contact. great follow up after installation. highly recommend Wentworth.

James at Wentworth Driveway Security was very helpful. We got the whole job done, from quote to fitting in just four days. The bollards are fully electric, and I feel more at ease now leaving my car on the driveway overnight. Especially with all the thieves about.

I called them and they got back straight away with an acceptable quote. I managed to bag an open slot the next day. The installers were good guys and worked tremendously well to be in and out before I left for a flight three hours later. No mess or hassle just a brilliant service.

I needed some bollards put in and can honestly say that the service I’ve received has been exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble and from start to finish the guys have been brilliant. I Really cam’t recommend them highly enough. So pleased I really am.

Following the theft of my car at 02:18 on a Sunday morning we decided that the best security measure we could take going forward was for the installation of Rhino security bollards. Wentworth Protection was our go-to company who supplied and fitted 4 retractable bollards on our driveway giving us a more secure feeling for the future. From arrival of their staff it took only 2 hours to complete the fitting. Excellent company and highly recommended for bollards as the first line of defence against thieves.

Very quick turnaround from quotation to installation. James and the team were very friendly, helpful, and provided good advice. The team arrived on time on the day of fitting and left the driveway really clean, neat and tidy. Their price is higher than some competitors, and other places include a 3-year warranty in their price. Overall, a really good company and a positive experience. Thanks to James and the team for helping secure my driveway!

Very speedy service. Contacted them late on Friday to have a bollard installed. James chatted via text until 6.30pm' and installation by Dean happened on Tuesday after. Only took an hour and Dean left the area as he found it, but with a bollard installed. Happy with everything.

Really positive experience from start to finish. James replied straight away to my initial contact and was very easy to speak with. He helped me decide what the best options were but we didn’t finalise until the crew turned up and did all the final measuring. We discussed again and came up with the right solution. The boys worked really hard to get the bollards exactly right. The stainless bollards look great and they are very well integrated with our dark grey block paving. I would not hesitate to recommend Wentworth Protection - James and his crew.

Make contact with James and he gave me a price for static and telescopic stainless steel bollards installed. Please with the price Dean arrived a week later to install them. Very pleased with his workmanship and he did a neat and tidy job. Very pleased with the whole process. Thank you James and Dean for a smart job.

Very efficient and neat fitting of two stainless steel bollards by Dean. Would highly recommend this service to others thinking of increasing their security at home. Thank you Wentworth Driveway Security Bollards.

An excellent service from Wentworth Protection from start to finish. Phil answered all my questions and guided me in choosing the right bollards for my property. Dean, their installer, did an outstanding job fitting and positioning them while preserving our block paving. Friendly, professional, and competitively priced. I would highly recommend them.

Wentworth security Bollards have just fitted a telescopic bollard on my drive. I was worried as I didn’t want my paved drive too disrupted, however they arrived fitted the bollard quickly, cleaning with minimal impact to drive. I’m very happy with service.

I recently bought a new car and wanted peace of mind with bollards installed in my driveway. I contacted James at Wentworth Protection Limited who explained the whole process. Two bollards were installed a couple of days later. The installers took time to look at my drains to ensure the bollards wouldn't damage them. They installed the bollards leaving the driveway in perfect condition. Bollards are easy to use and I am delighted with the service. I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend Wentworth Protection Limited.

Faultless and would recommend. I messed up measuring the driveway and thought I could get away with one bollard. They came to fit the first one, showed me the issue with one, so ordered a second. The second was fitted within days of the first. No drama, no fuss.

Reasonable and clear costing, easy to book, and a helpful team. Very reliable.

Fast and professional! We’re very pleased with our new driveway bollards would highly recommend Wentworth.

After researching bollards, I chose Wentworth and couldn’t be happier. James was professional, knowledgeable and honest, advising me I only needed two bollards instead of three. The installation team were excellent — professional, knowledgeable, cleaned up after themselves and even wiped the bollards down so they looked nice and shiny. Great service from start to finish. My bollards look amazing and I’d highly recommend Wentworth.

Dear James I just wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service your team provided. From start to finish, Dean was professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Really good communication. Date & time agreed to suit. Dean & James arrived bang on time & completed installation with minimum of fuss....very neat job. One hour start to finish. Driveway left totally clean & tidy. Well done Dean & thanks for informative handover of keys with usage instructions (very straightforward). Definitely deserving of 5 stars. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Wentworth. Well done & Thanks again. Dave

Sadly a car theft made me realise that I should have installed bollards much sooner. I spent far too much time looking for a company to install bollards on our driveway with many companies not even bothering to respond to enquiries and then I came across Wentworth and due to their reviews and how straightforward and quick it was to obtain a quote etc decided to go with them. James's communication was excellent, along with the installation and workmanship from Dean who was neat & tidy in his work and then explained how to use the telescopic bollards. Would highly recommend.

I can thoroughly recommend Wentworth. I can't fault their communication, speed and professionalism. I enquired on the weekend via the online quote form, got a call from James on the Monday who explained all the options and what would suit my needs best. Once agreed, it was fitted on Friday the same week, giving me quick peace of mind after a number of cars have been nicked on our street in the last month. Hopefully it won't happen, but if your car is taken, Wentworth offer a refund on the bollard which was good to know. The guys who installed it were great - knew what they were doing, explained everything and got it in the ground in a couple of hours max.

Excellent service. Easy to deal with.

Fantastic service from start to finish! The team installed my security bollards quickly and professionally. Great communication and quality work — highly recommend!

Couldn’t fault the service and speed of which Wentworth protection worked, would highly recommend!

What a pleasure to do business with such a professional company. From my initial call to installation absolutely perfect. Thank you James and to Dean for the professional installation. Highly recommended.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Outstanding Service from WentWorth Protection! I couldn’t be happier with the experience from start to finish. The team at WentWorth Protection recently installed three security bollards at my property, and the quality of both the product and the installation was exceptional. From the first phone call, communication was prompt, professional, and friendly. They took the time to explain every option clearly, offered great advice on placement and finish, and scheduled the work quickly. On installation day, the crew arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and left everything spotless. The attention to detail was obvious — the bollards are perfectly aligned, solidly set, and look fantastic. It’s rare to find a company that combines technical expertise with genuine pride in their work, but WentWorth Protection absolutely deliver on both. The peace of mind these bollards provide is priceless, and the customer service was second to none. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend We Worth Protection to anyone looking for professional, reliable, and high-quality security installations.

As someone who never normally gives reviews, I felt I would make an exception in the case of Wentworth Security. From my initial enquiry with James to the actual installation, the whole process couldn't have been smoother. The installation was carried out by Dean who was very friendly and polite and the job was completed to an excellent standard. From my experience I would absolutely recommend this company to my friends, family and to anyone reading this feedback.

Fantastic product and the most attentive customer service from James and Flo. Fitted within a few days and in fact so good 17 houses on our road decided to have them installed. Five star plus!

The work was carried out today with great professionalism and efficiency. Dean and Flo arrived on time, maintained a clean work area, and ensured the installation was completed to a high standard. James was very supportive and prompt in dealing with any situation. I admired James approach with flexibility in the payment plan. I truly appreciate commitment to quality and would highly recommend their services to others.

Great job, and fast installation. Many thanks!

Sturdy barriers that were installed well and no mess left

Excellent company to work with. Called on a Friday afternoon to ask if they could install 2 Rhino R8 Bollards at my home as i had been let down by another company. James, who i spoke to said he would try and speak to one of his teams and call me back within 5 mins which he did. He then told me they could be installed the next day which was Saturday so how is that for service !!! Tony and his friend turned up as scheduled and were very polite and helpful, explained the whole process and then set to work. The excavation took a lot longer than expected as unfortunately the ground on our driveway had a lot of concrete ballast underneath the block pavers which was extremely difficult to remove. However, and with no complaining the guys just ploughed on and installed the posts as per the drawings leaving an excellent finish which was spotless when complete. Brilliant company to work with from start to finish and i would highly recommend to anyone considering bollard installation at either their home or business. First Class !!!

Very professional and good communication

Called them on the Friday, had it installed Monday morning at 8am, extremely professional and quick install. Lovely lads too!

Couldn't recommend this company highly enough. Flo was professional and very helpful with answering all my questions! The bollard was fitted within a few days by Tony who did a great job of explaining how it worked. I now have complete peace of mind that my driveway is secure. Great company to deal with.

After another attempt by thieves to steal our car, I browsed Google and contacted Wentworth Protection. Flo answered the phone immediately and all my questions were answered clearly. We arranged a date and the installation team came and fitted our bollard in what seemed like no time at all. The installation team were friendly and efficient, as was the whole transaction. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Wentworth Protection if you are seeking to protect your property further. Great value and great service, an easy five star review from me.

We would like to thank James at Wentworth for his ongoing help in purchasing our bollards. He was always there to advise, even after working hours he replied quickly on WhatsApp. He even delivered the next working day as the builders were ready to fit them. The bollards look great, and are easy to retract into the ground when not in use. Great service Thank you

Nathaniel and Tony arrived dot on 8am, carried out the installation, a pleasure to meet them both, they are a credit to the Company. Personable, professional and providing the sort of customer service of the old days. Tidied up beautifully and you wouldn't know they had been (except for my shiny new telescopic post. This is a great product (comrs with 4 keys!) and I would highly recommend Wentworth, no wonder they were recommended to me. Quality work at fair price and completed on just 2 hours. Several new cars stolen in my street and when my neighbour saw someone trying to electronically scan his car, he approached Wentworth on personal recommendation. I, in turn, contacted them and within just a week two posts were installed. The whole process was smooth and fitting took barely a few hours; impressive as my driveway has granite sets on concrete and steel. The Wentworth team were easy to deal with, pleasant and efficient. Better still, I got a small "bulk" discount for the second post! If you are thinking there may be a lot of time and hassle involved, rest assured, Wentworth can sort out your security concerns really quickly. Would recommend them, your mind can be at rest within such a short time.

I have nothing but the highest of praise for Wentworth. After a traumatic attempted car theft from our drive in middle of night they were the only company in this sector to answer the phone in person. They responded so sympathetically and fully understood our concerns of another attempted theft. They were able to adjust their installer’s schedule and somebody was installing high quality bollards within a couple of hours. The installation was meticulous and every speck of debris or dust was cleared leaving no trace of the works. Truly a job well done.

Great professional service. Job completed quickly and efficiently. Workmen polite, skilled and helpful. Kept informed every step of the way from initial enquiry, placing order and then through to installation and equipment demonstration. Very pleased with my Wentworth experience.
